Speech & Language- Teaching Assistant Role

Are you keen to start or continue a career as a teaching assistant or want to become a teacher but lack experience. I am working with a school in the Redhill area currently looking to employ teaching assistants throughout the schools, to work 1-2-1 and general classroom.

Role Requirements:

  • SEN experience within Speech & Language
  • Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
  • Must have a passion for education and helping individuals to achieve their full potential
  • Permanent opportunities with competitive rates of pay (£50-£75 per day)

This particular role is open to all individuals with relevant experience/qualifications. All teaching assistants or nursery nurses that have current experience.

The ideal candidate must have a keen interest in education and providing support for those learners that require it most. The successful applicant will have a personable approach, will be calm and happy to work with children that have challenging behaviour.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
