Here at Teaching Personnel we are looking for a candidate who is passionate about working with children and young people in educational settings. The roles are working from 8:30-3:30, term time only.

We are looking for a candidate who has previous experience of working in educational settings supporting pupils on a small group/1:1 basis. It is also desired that the candidate has experience of working with SEN/challenging behaviours.

Candidates must be able to drive with access to their own vehicle.

Candidates must have:

  • Experience of working in education
  • Experience of working with SEN and/or challenging behaviours
  • Commitment to CPD course
  • A passion about supporting pupils progress and development
  • The ability work with a variety of needs and abilities
  • The ability to adapt to situations quickly and effectively
  • Great references to support their application
  • The ability to effectively work and co-operate with staff in the setting

Part of our checks include a DBS in child workforce only which is registered on the update service. If you do not have a current DBS then we can support you through the process.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
