Teaching Personnel are seeking an SEN specilaist Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team from November 2018, to support our partner primary schools in Selby.
This is a temporary post, supporting our partner schools on an on-call basis, with a view to long term and permanent positions.
We are seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant who:
- holds relevent qualifications and/or training
- is dedicated to making a difference and committed to maintaining high standards
- has SEN experience within a school environment or experience supporting children with additional needs in an alternative setting
- is able to support the ethos and values of all our client schools
This is a highly rewarding, but also challenging role. You may come in to contact with children with a variety of SEN, including: ASC, ADHD, MLD, SLD, PMLD, SLCN and more. We therefore require a proactove individual, who has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Above all, we are seeking someone who is dedicated to supporting children with SEN and passionate about education.
