Are you interested in supporting young people who have special needs within a unique resource base?

Do you have what it takes to adapt in a rewarding environment as part of a supportive team working hard for their pupils? Have you ever thought about working in an alternative provision, resource base or behaviour unit?

Teaching Personnel are currently working alongside a school in the Bracknell area to recruit for their SEN resource base which looks to support young individuals with autism, Speech & Communication needs and Social, Emotional & Mental Health Needs- they will soon be expanding this base, taking on more pupils and need to bolster their staffing structure.

The school's vision for their resource base is as follows:

'Our vision is to provide the highest quality care and education for the children with Special Educational Needs in the Resource Centre (The Base), such that it will be a beacon of enlightenment and a model of excellence for integration and inclusion into mainstream schools'

The school are looking for SEN specialists and Teaching Assistants to work with the school as their resource base develops and the need for staff grows, specialists are ideal, but candidates who are unqualified but have experience or an interest in working with SEN.
