Special Needs Teacher - Bedford

I am recruiting on behalf of a successful Secondary School in Bedfordshire who are looking to appoint a Teacher that specialises Special Educational Needs for a full time role within their SEN Unit.

The ideal teacher will be an experienced, high achieving and dedicated individual who is passionate about building confidence and keeping pupils engaged. It's important to be able to independently plan, prepare and deliver engaging and informative lessons that progress pupils towards their full ability.

The ideal candidate is required to have recent experience of the UK curriculum, with SEN experience. You'll also be responsible for planning & marking students' work and providing them with necessary feedback, encouragement and support.

To be considered for the role, you will need:

• QTS or a UK recognised equivalent teaching qualification
• At least 6 months experience working with children in the last 2 years
• Legal right to work in the UK
• SEN Teaching experience
