Teaching Personnel are looking for both Primary or Secondary trained Teachers who have experience working with Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH), Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Hearing/Visual impaired to work in SEN schools in Northamptonshire.

Essential Requirements:

  • You will be a qualified teacher (QTS), (QTLS) or (PGCE)
  • Have experience of working with children in either Primary or Secondary with a variety of Special Needs
  • Have the ability to adapt your teaching style according to each child's individual needs
  • Be able to plan, prepare and deliver engaging, interactive and exciting lessons

Experience of de-escalation techniques such as Team Teach, Picture Exchange Communication (PECS) and Makaton would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
