Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant needed at one of our client secondary schools in Chorlton, the role starts in September and will last for the rest of the academic year. The school could opt to make the post permanent depending on performance. Our client is an 11 – 16 mixed secondary.
- Earn between £1500 - £1700 per month.

As mentioned, our client has a very strong Maths department and is looking for a new enthusiastic member of their team that is passionate about furthering young people’s Maths knowledge. Ofsted is very positive about our client school’s Mathematics department and our client has been looking to improve it further.
Here are some skills our client is looking for in a candidate:
- Ability to differentiate learning to ensure all pupils gain the most from the sessions you take part in.
- Great subject knowledge as you will be assisting in all classes up to GCSE.
- Confident working with students with SEN requirements such as ADHD or Autism.
- Ensuring all school policies are followed, especially those regarding behaviour.
We are also pleased to offer many CPD to the successful applicant via ourselves or internally within the school. These courses will help build your knowledge and better your understanding of working in a classroom environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
