Spanish/French Teacher

In collaboration with the Principal at my partner school I am currently searching for a Modern Foreign Languages teacher. The ideal candidate will be able to commit to a long term supply, September role in Calderdale! The option for a school contact will be determined on performance, but is a serious option! I know with the lock down things looks uncertain at the moment, but for our schools and our students we need to continue onwards. Based in the HX2 area, and showing consistently high levels of success year after year, we are looking to secure a Teacher of MFL for when the school is fully operational.

My partner Secondary School is in the HX2 area of Calderdale and is currently graded at Ofsted OUTSTANDING. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of SPANISH/FRENCH to join their successful department. This post provides a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about SPANISH/FRENCH and has the ability to demonstrate a positive and creative approach in the classroom. The role will provide the successful applicant with the opportunity to teach across the full age and ability range of KS3 and KS4 students that the school has. With the school being Ofsted Outstanding the system is already working. We are looking for a team player to come in and just keep the standards high. The team work very collaboratively in terms of planning and marking, and are always keen to develop their pedagogy and adopt new approaches. This role will be to start as soon as we are able to get you in the school.

I am seeking Secondary SPANISH/FRENCH teachers who:

• Have worked in UK secondary schools previously
• Taught 9-1 GCSE SPANISH/FRENCH
• Can adapt to new situations quickly & have the ability to think on your feet
• Have an upbeat and positive attitude towards the education of young people
• Hold QTS
• A DBS certificate registered on the Update Service! Or be willing to get one through Teaching Personnel
