Are you a passionate and enthusiastic Speech and Language Specialist who is looking to join our 'Good' (Oftsed) school?

Teaching Personnel are looking to appoint a Speech and Language Specialist to one of our fantastic schools situated in Kensington to work 1:1 and in small groups to help raise attainment for their children with Speech, Language and Impairment difficulties.

The Opportunity

As a Speech and Language Therapist (SLT), you will work with a range of pupils to maximise their potential and to enable them to enjoy the best possible quality of life. You will receive full support and supervision from the SENCo and work closely with teachers to assess communication needs in a range of environments and provide functional targets and recommendations to aid day-to-day communicative success.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate for this role will have a degree or a diploma in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent) and will have experience working in educational settings (or with children in general). This post would suit a Graduate or experienced Special Needs support worker looking to develop their experience and knowledge in speech and language therapy, within a school setting.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
