Here at Teaching Personnel we are currently recruiting for a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants in the Guildford area to work in a local SEN school. The school caters for pupils with complex special educational needs, with a focus on pupils with speech, language and communication needs. The core aim of the school is to help pupils with their social skills and learn to live independent lives. This is a highly rewarding role, yet challenging. Experience working with pupils with speech, language and communication needs would be desirable, however not essential as the school offers training.
Ideal Candidate:
• Driven and enthusiastic Psychology graduates
• Creative individuals with a background in Art, English and Music
• Display excellent communication skill
• Patient and calm under stressful situations
• Experience, professional and personal with pupils with SEN is ideal
