Senior Support Worker required in Andover

Job description

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking enthusiastic and outgoing candidates to fill a specialist support role in New Forest. The role will require applicants to operate as a Senior Support Assistants, working on a 1:1 basis with individuals in with severe Special Educational Needs (SEN), which could include pupils with a complex variety of educational requirements.

About the role:

  • Due to start in September 2018
  • Potential to earn between £54.00 - £65.00 per day (dependent on experience)
  • Daily hours - 8.30am - 3.30pm

Both experienced and inexperience candidates may apply as this position is challenging, so skills gained throughout previous careers and personal experience may be applicable to this type of support work.

This role may not require experience, however candidates must have:

  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths (A-C)
  • Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check
  • Outgoing and confident personality

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
