Teaching Personnel, the UK's largest Education Recruitment Agency, are seeking a full-time, permanent Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their ever-expanding company in their Sheffield office. Located in the sought after professional Cathedral Quarter near to the prime shopping area of Fargate, the successful applicant will be joining a team of talented Recruitment Consultants and supportive Managers who are always striving for excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Making a high volume of sales and business development calls to schools across your local region
  • Sourcing and recruiting quality teachers and carrying out interviews
  • Having regular face-to-face client visits to build relationships with key decision makers in schools in order to successfully service your given client schools
  • Creating quality marketing and advertising

To be a successful Education Recruitment Consultant you will need to be outgoing, an excellent communicator and extremely organised. A strong work ethic and proven sales and business development skills are essential. You should also demonstrate passion, resilience, and an understanding of the education sector (preferred but not essential). Additionally, you will need to have a valid full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle (we will also consider applicants who are currently learning to drive).

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
