Looking for a new, rewarding role in September?
Teaching Personnel are working alongside a lovely independent school in Worthing who are looking for an experienced SENCO to join their secondary team. You will be delivering lessons to a class with a high level of need. This may include ADHD, Autism and Dyslexia. If you have a high level of understanding and experience of SEN. We would love to hear from you!
Requirements
- Experience in assessing, planning and monitoring the progress of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with students with SEND in a mainstream classroom setting
- DBS on the update service
- Knowledge of current legislation and best practices related to SEN provision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
