SEN Tutor


Teaching Personnel are working alongside the Northamptonshire County Council and local Virtual Schools to recruit for Special Educational Needs Tutors to provide 1-1 support to secondary aged pupils within the Bedfordshire area.

In addition to offering a more flexible work balance and the ability to manage your own diary, with competitive rates of pay, 1-1 tuition provides pupils with a more effective and personal approach to their learning, tailored specifically to support their needs.

We are seeking candidate with the following qualities:

  • confident in core Maths and English
  • have relevant teaching or tuition experience
  • have experience within an SEN environment, working with pupils with complex needs
  • find it rewarding to make an impact and better the learning experience for pupils that struggle to engage 
  • consider themselves to be both flexible and adaptable
  • have appropriate training and qualifications for the role

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
