Tutor – Maths & English (Wantage-Based) | £20–£30 per hour

Are you an experienced tutor or qualified teacher with a passion for helping students succeed? TP-Tutors is looking for a dedicated and adaptable Tutor to join our team in Wantage, supporting learners of varying ages and abilities in Maths and English up to GCSE level.

About the Role:
We’re seeking someone who can confidently assess, plan, and deliver tailored schemes of work to meet individual student needs. Whether you’re supporting catch-up learning, building confidence, or preparing for exams, you’ll make a meaningful difference in your students' educational journey.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a minimum of 3 years tutoring experience

• Strong subject knowledge in Maths and English up to GCSE

• Experience working with students of mixed ages and learning needs

• Ability to create and deliver personalised lesson plans

• A professional, compassionate, and student-centred approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
