Our pupils may be out of school due to anxiety, SEND, or other barriers. As their tutor, you’ll deliver face-to-face sessions in safe local settings — either in the home or a community space such as the library. • Adapting teaching strategies to match learning styles and emotional needs

  • Delivering personalised tuition in core subjects

  • Helping pupils rebuild confidence and re-engage with learning

  • Providing short progress reports for parents or local authorities

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have experience working with SEN learners (school, tuition, or care background)

  • Are adaptable, patient, and able to motivate reluctant learners

  • Hold an Enhanced DBS (or are willing to apply)

  • Want to make a real difference to young lives in your community

What you’ll get with TP Tutors:

  • £25–£30 per hour, depending on experience

  • Flexible hours during the school day (Monday–Friday)

  • Weekly PAYE pay – no umbrella deductions

  • A consultant who’ll match you with pupils and provide ongoing support

  • The satisfaction of seeing learners grow in confidence and ability
