Job description

Teaching Personnel work closely with a Blackburn based SEN School who are looking for a qualified Teacher to deliver a range of lessons across KS2 - 4. The School caters for pupils with Autism, ADHD, PMLD, Physical Disabilities and some challenging behaviours. The School currently has pupils on roll ranging in age from 6 - 16 years of age, however, predominantly you will be in the secondary unit within school.

The School have a close knit team of staff and they are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and hard working Teacher to join their growing team. The School is based on the outskirts of Blackburn and candidates applying will ideally hold their driving licence as the School isn't overly accessible via public transport.

The role will be full time, starting after the February half term and you will be expected to deliver a range of subjects. The role would suit a committed, passionate and hard working Teacher who is looking for a long term position in a forward thinking SEN provision.

The candidate must hold a teaching qualification (NQT's and FE qualified will be considered for this role). The candidate must also be willing to assist with personal care and be willing to provide 1:1 intervention sessions to pupils who are falling behind academically.

The successful candidate will benefit from:

- negotiable pay rates £100 - 135 per day
