Teaching Personnel are currently working alongside a school in Reading to recruit for their autism base which looks to support young individuals with autism- they will soon be expanding this base and so will need to bolster their staffing. The school's vision for their autism support base is as follows:

'Our vision is to provide the highest quality care and education for the children with an Autistic Spectrum Condition in the Resource Centre (The Base), such that it will be a beacon of enlightenment and a model of excellence for integration and inclusion into mainstream schools'

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
