SEN Teaching Assistants Required in Brentwood

Teaching assistants are urgently needed at an SEN school in Brentwood, focusing on working with children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)

Teaching Personnel are currently working with a fantastic ASC school in Brentwood who are looking to recruit new teaching assistants to start as soon as possible.

This school specialises in providing outstanding support and education to ASC children aged 5-19. They have a fantastic team of staff who are highly trained and dedicated; and they are looking for someone to join this team.

What we offer:

  • Great rates of pay (£58.50 - £70 depending on experience)
  • Full time and part time roles (you must be available to work at least once per week, Monday to Friday between 0830 - 1530)
  • Opportunity to start immediately

Due to the nature of the role, previous experience working with children with autism will be required. A DBS check will be required prior to starting, if you do not have one we can process one for you as we are an authorised counter signatory and will go through full details in your interview.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
