SEN Teaching Assistants needed in Leamington Spa/Warwick

A number of primary schools based in Leamington Spa/Warwick are looking for Teaching Assistants to provide general support and 121 SEN work.
If you are experienced in supporting pupils who present with ASC, behavioural challenges, moderate/severe learning difficulties or with social, emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH), whether in a school or care setting then we can find you a new challenge!
Teaching Personnel work in partnership with a number of mainstream primary schools in Leamington Spa/Warwick. The schools we work with look for enthusiastic, highly motivated and committed Teaching Assistants to provide classroom & 121 support.
Schools require experienced Teaching Assistants / Learning Support Assistants who are:
*Experienced in supporting pupils with all types of SEN.
*Confident managing challenging behaviour in the classroom and using de-escalation techniques. Team-Teach trained is not essential but would be a great advantage.
*Skilled working with pupils with communication difficulties; PECS training is advantageous but not essential.
*Able to demonstrate the impact you have had a child's progress and development.
You would be joining a well-established and supportive team, where you would be well supported within your role and development would be highly encouraged.
