SEN Teaching Assistant Roles Across Kent

Job description

Due to an increased demand for Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) and Teaching Assistants (TAs) to work with pupils with challenging behaviour, social emotional and mental health issues and SEN including autism and profound and multiple learning difficulties. We are currently seeking to recruit passionate individuals with experience working with young people in or out of a formal school setting.

Desired backgrounds include Sports (coaching), Psychology, Youth Work, Art and Design and Music and training such as Team-teach Positive Intervention is desirable but can also be offered through our agency.

Our schools span Kent and East Sussex with a need of staff for full time, long term commitment (term time only), part-time and daily cover. In turn we offer supportive environments with continued professional development and the opportunity to go permanent in many instances.

What we are currently looking for:

  • Sevenoaks Experienced Behaviour Support Mentor x 2 (Full-Time)
  • Tonbridge PMLD Teaching Assistant (Full-Time)
  • Dover Experienced Behaviour TA x 2 (Full-Time)
  • Ashford SEN TA x 2 (one role being 1:1) (Full-Time)
