Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to work as an SEN Support Worker within a mainstream setting within the Brighton Area. Your main roles and responsibilities will be to work collaboratively with the school management development team to implement and regularly review the whole school discipline policy. It is essential that you have empathy for pupils experiencing learning difficulties including social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. A positive attitude is needed to problem solving and be aware of solution focused intervention.
