SEN Teaching Assistant required

Teaching Personnel are currently working with a variety of SEN schools in and around the New Forest that are currently looking for staff now as well as next academic year. We work with a variety of schools including:

  • SEMH schools
  • Pupil Referral Units
  • MLD school
  • SLD school
  • Autism school
  • PMLD school

The schools are ideally looking for full time staff for longer term and permanent positions but would also be interested in part time and temporary staff. The candidate must have some experience that is transferable into this sort of role, some of this following experience would be suitable:

  • Sports Coach
  • Youth Worker
  • Support Worker/Carer
  • Teaching Assistant
  • Any other role where you would work with children or people with Special Educations Needs.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
