SEN Teaching Assistant - Person Specification


In this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you must be a willing and passionate graduate who has had some experience of working with primary aged children. The school wants graduates who can quickly establish strong relationships and bring an enviable supply of enthusiasm. The successful candidate will be, enthusiastic and have a passion for helping student with special needs. The school want to meet applicants who have a desire to pursue a career in education, with an appreciation and understanding of putting their full potential into this SEN Teaching Assistant.


SEN Teaching Assistant - Role


As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will be working across the whole school. Your responsibilities will include working closely with a number of SEN students to give them everything they need to develop academic knowledge. By working with multiple SEN students across the whole class you will ensure that no child is left behind and all of them have the support they need.

This school is located in Ashton-in-Makerfield, a short drive from the M6. There are also bus stops located near the school for SEN Teaching Assistants who are using public transport.
