SEN Teaching Assistant

A Special Needs School (SEN) school in Bracknell, Berkshire have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and pro-active teaching assistant to support children with moderate to severe learning needs including Autism and physical disabilities.

You will be working in a mixed primary age class, supporting the class teacher and other teaching assistants.

Role specification:

  • Part-time role starting February 2020 minimum of 3 days a week 8:30 – 3:30pm hours
  • Must have right to work in UK (passport/biometric permit)
  • Ideally have qualifications or experience working with children that have moderate to severe learning needs and autism
  • You must have a child workforce DBS on the update service, or be willing to complete a new one
  • Have a positive attitude and be willing to get stuck into the role straight away
