Tutors to support mainstream primary school locally in Plymouth (Face to face tuition)
Due to the high demand of tuition, we are increasing our recruitment for face-to-face tutors across mainstream primaries in Plymouth. Teaching Personnel are looking for experienced Primary Teachers and Tutors who want to work in small, targeted intervention groups, focussing on intensive group work.
You will need to confident in providing Maths and English across either KS1 or KS2. The small groups can vary between 1:1, 1:2 and 1:3, but 1:3 has been the most requested group size for schools.
We already have a large pool of Tutors who have successfully provided block bookings of tuition throughout the AY 20/21.

Required to apply for this role:
- Relevant teaching qualification with UK QTS
- Experience teaching in a UK primary school
- Able to use an online system to complete feedback
- x2 contactable references
- DBS registered with the DBS Update Service - this can be provided by Teaching Personnel if required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
