Teaching Personnel are currently working alongside an average sized Primary School in Thornton Heath, Croydon to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced SEN teaching assistant/behaviour mentor to work with a pupil in KS2 with Autism and Attachment issues.
The ‘good’ graded Primary School has a very good reputation, as well as a good levels of behaviour throughout. The pupils achieve well and are very eager to learn. There is a reward system which promotes good behaviour and the school needs great supply staff in order to maintain the behaviour of the students.
The school is looking for a Special Needs teaching assistant who is going to bring optimism and a positive attitude to the school. The right applicant will have experience working with SEN children and children with Autism. They must be patient, empathetic and resilient; as well as having a true passion for working with children who need additional support.
Overview: • SEN Teaching Assistant role to start on a full time basis in Thornton Heath, Croydon • Minumum pay is £325 per week • Long term contract • School based in Thornton Heath Croydon
