Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit a SEN Teaching Assistant for one of our client school in the Monmouthshire area. The head teacher of our client school wants to place someone in the Special Needs Resource Base (SNRB) within the school. ESTYN commented that the pupils at this school enjoy attending school and have a positive attitude towards learning.
The Role
We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude towards work and can demonstrate a high level of resilience. This role is full time for an SNRB based in a school in Monmouthshire. It caters for children with genetic conditions, congenital disorder, autism and severe learning difficulties. The SNRB has a fantastic reputation within the county and we’re looking for a Teaching Assistant to enhance an already flourishing team. The SNRB provides a sensitive environment with excellent care for those children who have the greatest needs, which is why we’re looking for someone who can show a high level of empathy and compassion.
Are you worried that you have little classroom experience? No need to worry as we’re looking for someone with the right personality and attitude that fits well with our client school.
What You Need
- Enhanced children workforce only DBS ( or prepared to process a new one – full assistance provided)
- Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Understanding of special needs

Have over 20 year’s education recruitment experience
