Mainstream Primary School seeks SEN Teaching Assistant

An OFSTED rated 'Good' Primary School in Batley are looking for a full time member of staff to work with the SEN children within school. There are some complex behavioural and SEN needs so the role is challenging but rewarding. 

The Batley School are looking for a member of staff who has experience working with children with complex social, communication and sensory needs.

The role is within a mainstream school, so we are looking for someone who is happy to be with pupils on a 1:1 when needed.

The school are seeking a member of staff who is very calm, patient and consistent in their approach to supporting children with complex needs.

The job is full time and permanent for the right person.

Experience:

• Some training, experience with children with SEN 
• Hard working and calm
