Are you a specialist primary ADHD Teaching Assistant? We have current opportunities across all key stages in the Newton Abbot area.

Teaching personnel are looking for an engaging and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant with experience working with ADHD and SEND pupils. Having a passion for education and helping pupils strive and progress. The right teaching assistant will pose the ability to work under and assist the direction of the class teacher and have previous ADHD experience.

As a SEN TA You will:

  • Be hard working, dedicated and committed to the role in hand.
  • Build a strong rapport and empathise with the pupils.
  • Keep a professional relationship with the pupils.
  • Provide a high standard of behavioural expectations and academic progress for the young people.
  • Be confident to work with pupils in small groups and on a one to one basis.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
