SEN Teaching Assistant – Wimborne, Dorset.
Teaching Personnel are currently seeking SEN Teaching Assistants within the Dorset area. The role is flexible therefore is ideal for people with children, university students and others that have work/volunteering commitments.
Day-to-day cover and short term bookings can be discussed to work around you. The role will operate between the hours of 8:30-15:30, Monday – Friday and we can offer a competitive rate of GBPGBP60-GBP70 per day. This advert is for a temporary position however, in some cases the role may become available on a permanent basis at a later date.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience working with children with Autism and Learning Difficulties
- Has a strong desire to work within education, specifically SEN
- Deliver 1:1 support to allow children to access the national curriculum
- Teaching Assistant qualification is ideal but not essential if you have other relevant experience
- Be confident within a SEN classroom environment and be able to work with and take direction from the class teacher
- Available 8:15-4:30pm five days a week
- Be local to Woodford Green or have access to transport links

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
