Teaching Personnel are working closely with a fantastic SEN school based in Lowestoft. This school supports pupils aged 4-16 with complex learning needs and requires a large amount of day to day and last minmute staff cover. Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a number of TAs who are able to work on a flexible basis throughout the week. This would be ideally suited to a TA who is looking to gain more experience with SEN or one who is looking for a better work/life balance.
Position:
- Supporting the class teacher with the daily running of the class
- some 1:1 and small group work
- Assisting with the setting up and setting down of the classroom
- Behaviour and classroom management
Requirements:
- · Have experience working within Primary/Secondary or SEN schools
- -Experience working with SEN
- · Hold either a degree or a teaching assistant qualification
- -Experience working with pupils with challenging behaviour
- -Background in care
- · Hold a valid up to date clean DBS check on the update service
- - UK address and right to work
- - Level 3 TA qualifications (desired not required)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
