We are currently looking for an organised, hard working individual who is interested in working as an SEN Teaching Assistant. Here at Teaching Personnel we offer great career opportunities within our friendly and supportive schools. You will be working with children and young adults who require extra support through learning, whether this is mental, physical or emotional needs.
The School is a well-known and highly regarded special needs school in Surrey, which has achieved Autism Accreditation. The school caters for up to 110 pupils and Sixth Form students between the ages of 7 - 19, who have a range of academic abilities and complex special needs.
The School has an in-house team of qualified therapists offering Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Sensory Integration.
Key aspects of working within the industry are creating a safe, stimulating and supportive learning environment. You are there to help children to achieve their goals as well as supporting them within their daily routine.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
