Teaching Personnel is currently looking to recruit daily supply teachers in the Blackpool area.

We are looking for enthusiastic, innovative, and resilient individuals who will provide strong support and assistance to staff and students across the whole provision. You will be expected to present pre-prepared work to groups of students with special educational needs. It is important you can follow EHC plans to adapt your teaching style to the individual requirements of each pupil.

The successful candidates will be extremely organised, focussed and have a calm and friendly approach. You will have great patience and resilience towards challenging behaviour. The provisions are seeking applicants who have a genuine passion towards working with young people and improving the lives and learning experience of pupils with SEN.

The roles:

-       Flexible working – ad-hoc days/ weekly work available

-       Choose your own hours – morning, afternoons and full days

-       Daily rate of pay: £90-£150
