Are you looking to gain experience in working with children that have special educational needs?
Teaching Personnel help education professionals find teaching jobs and classroom support staff roles on a temporary and permanent basis.
I am looking to recruit teaching assistants in the Oxfordshire area that are happy to work on a flexible basis with children that have specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia, autism, Asperger's, dyspraxia and ADHD.
The ideal candidates:
- No relevant SEN experience needed
- Creative
- Flexible/adaptive
- Experience with children is preferred (SEN would be ideal)
- Able to work under stressful situations
Teaching Personnel do offer training courses in order to help candidates be more successful in their roles such as introduction to autism, moving and handling of objects and people, effective classroom support and Team-Teach.
