On of our partner schools are looking to recruit an English teacher to start from September 2023. This English teaching position is required on a full-time basis. If you are therefore available from the start of the academic year and looking for a long term, full time teaching role, please highlight this on your application.

The school is located in the Cheadle area of Stockport, making it very easy to commute to English teachers travelling by public transport or car. The school is close to the local train station as well as the local metrolink tram network which services the whole of Greater Manchester. For those English specialists travelling by car, the school is close to the M60/M56 motorway networks and is set in very pleasant surroundings with an on site secure car park.

The successfully appointed English teacher should be newly qualified in teaching English up to GCSE level following the Edexcel syllabus. Any prior experience of developing schemes of work or own resources is highly desirable so please emphasise this within a covering statement.
