Job description

A client primary school in Central Manchester, M16 are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their KS1 team, full time, as soon as possible! The successful applicant will support a child in year 2 who has ADHD on a 1:1 basis. The child requires continuous full time support to ensure that they are able to access the curriculum and reach their academic potential. This 'GOOD' school ensures that 'each child's learning journey is at the centre of everything' and works to ensure that all children 'strive towards reaching their potential'. The school are seeking an enthusiastic practitioner with an energetic attitude to join their KS1 team on a full time basis!

This 'GOOD' school is looking for a teaching assistant who has prior experience supporting learning across KS1. Candidates who have experience working with primary aged children in a similar capacity are encouraged to apply.

This post will start immediately and will run up until the end of the academic year.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
