SEN teaching assistant

Job description

Teaching personnel are recruiting on behalf of an excellent school based in Greenford. They are looking for an experienced SEN teaching assistant to support a pupil with mild ADHD.

The role:

We are currently looking for passionate SEN Teaching Assistants who are looking to support students with a variety of SEN needs within a mainstream primary school. The role will be starting in November and the successful applicant will be required to support a year 4 pupil with ADHD. The school is well respected within the local area and is a nursery and infant school. The forefront of the infant schools philosophy is to provide a safe and caring environment for all pupils, where academic attainment and a supportive senior leadership team go hand in hand.

Competencies:

  • Passionate about supporting vulnerable children
  • Possess a Valid DBS certificate
  • Has EYFS or Nursery experience
  • Experience working with SEN pupils (essential)
  • Teaching assistant qualification
