SEN Teaching Assistant - Milton Keynes

Required for roles starting as soon as possible and for September 2018

We are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants with excellent communication, literacy and numeracy skills and the ability to deal with challenging behaviour.

Based within Primary schools, as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for supporting students ranging from Early Years through to GCSE that have a range of complex needs including Profound Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and complex behavioural difficulties. Therefore previous experience working in a similar environment is desired.

In order to register with Teaching Personnel, candidates are required to have Child Workforce DBS registered on the update service. All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
