Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Availability:Full-time

Pay: £77 - £95 a day (can be negotiated)

Location: Ealing, Northolt, Greenford, Wembley, Harrow.

Job Overview: Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the classroom teacher in creating a positive and effective learning environment. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about education and committed to helping students succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the classroom teacher in planning and implementing lessons
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed
• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Assist in preparing materials and resources for lessons
• Support classroom management and behaviour reinforcement
• Provide feedback to the teacher on student progress and challenges
• Participate in professional development opportunities as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by the classroom teacher or school administration

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and flexibility in working with diverse student needs
• Knowledge of educational technology and software (preferred)
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents
• Positive attitude and a passion for working with students

Additional requirements:

• DBS – Child work force only we don’t accept any other DBS
• Safeguarding – Level 2 CPD accredited certificate
