To be successful in this Learning Support Assistant role you need to be nurturing yet extremely firm, able to enforce expectations without causing disruption and able to breakdown social and emotional barriers. The school wants to recruit someone who has a supportive nature and a caring manner that will benefit their students from day one. The school wants someone who can inspire teachers with their natural enthusiasm and spark the interest of these young learners.
