Learning Support Assistant required - This is an amazing primary Inclusion unit located in an area with good transport links in South East London - This post is open to graduates or keen enthusiastic individuals who feel they posses the attitude and dedication required to work with more challenging students and who have a keen interest in working with children who have special educational needs.

Maybe you're considering a career as an Educational Psychologist, Special Needs Teacher or Primary Teacher? This post is open to all who have the ability to forge strong relationships and those who have an empathetic manner.

Person Specification:
To be successful in this Learning Support Assistant role you need to be nurturing yet extremely firm, able to enforce expectations without causing disruption and able to breakdown social and emotional barriers. The school wants to recruit someone who has a supportive nature and a caring manner that will benefit their students from day one. The school wants someone who can inspire teachers with their natural enthusiasm and spark the interest of these young learners. This post would suit an aspiring Educational Psychologist, or someone looking to go into teaching students with behavioural difficulties in the future.
