If you answered yes to the above, then this job opportunity for a SEN(D) Teaching Assistant may be for you! An SEN school based in Yeovil is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team.
The Role:
You will be responsible for supporting classroom teachers in providing the best support possible to pupils ranging in the ages 4-19 years old, with various SEN(D) needs such as MLD, SEMH and ASD.

Who We Are Looking For:
- Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) experience
- Youth work experience
- Excellent spoken English
- Dedicated to improving the social and emotional well-being of young people
- A caring, patient, and resilient individual with a compassionate approach to supporting young people
- Able to collaborate with teachers and other support staff
- Clear communication skills
Working Hours/Benefits:
- Full Time, Part Time, and Flexible availability applicants will be considered for this role
- Monday – Friday = 08:30 - 15:35

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
