We at Teaching Personnel dedicate in having driven and ambitious SEN Teaching Assistant to work in one of the SEN schools in Bournemouth We pride in finding the right candidates who has the experience in working with SEN Children, and who can teach Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2), and committed to working 5 days a week. The supporting candidate will have or obtaining a level 3 in early year education, and it is essential to have previous experience in dealing with children who have learning difficulties. A successful Teaching Assistant will:

  • Able to attain and engage with children who have learning difficulties
  • Show a genuine interest in helping children and building them to a brighter future
  • 1year + experience in behaviour mentor, phoenix and nurturing children (related field)
  • Create and prepare a daily routine for an individual SEN child
  • Monitor behaviours and identify needs
  • Hold a DBS on the update service or willing to apply for one if successful
