Job description

If you are a conscientious, empathetic and experienced TA / HLTA / Learning mentor / Care worker who enjoys working with young people on the Autistic spectrum, there are opportunities to work within alternative provisions and special schools across Hertfordshire You would be working on a flexible basis with a variety of age groups and abilities of pupils as the centres we work with cater for pupils from KS1 to KS5. The successful candidate will be flexible and adaptable who has experience working with children and young people on the Autistic spectrum. Experience with PECS, Makaton.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
