Job description

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a 'Good' 2 form entry primary school for an enthusiastic LSA who has experience working with pupils with SEN. The school do have a few positions available for the right candidates and are spread across all primary key stages. The school are looking for people to start in November. 

The successful LSA's will need to be able to support pupils that may have challenging behaviour, specific learning difficulties or EHCP's. The SLT within the school are very supportive of new members of staff but will expect you to make an impression on day one. 

I am looking for candidates who have worked with the following SEN;

  • ADHD
  • ASC
  • SEMH
  • Behaviour needs
  • Dyslexia
  • Global Development Delay
  • Hearing Impairment 
  • Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)

The school have entrusted me to find them the correct staff for their school, to be considered for this role you must have prior experience working with students with SEN and feel comfortable supporting small groups as well. Every candidate who goes forward must have a DBS on the update service or willing to apply for one and has to be available full time (Mon-Fri).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
