SEN Teaching Assistant - Bolton

Our partner school that is located Bolton has expressed its needs for SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team for their January intake. The SEN Teaching Assistant that is appointed must be an enthusiastic individual to join on a temporary basis, with the chance of it becoming a long term position.

Are you experienced with working within an SEN school? Do you have any experience with working with pupils on the autistic spectrum? If you want to pursue a career in supporting children who have educational barriers in an outstanding school in Bolton, then this may be the job for you.

Requirements for this position include;

  • Experience working with students with a variety of additional needs
  • Knowledge of SEN, such as ASC and SLD
  • Experience of delivering interventions to ensure children remain engaged within school

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
