The ideal candidate would have…

  • A strong interest in Psychology or Social Sciences
  • Experience with Autism & working with children
  • Sound understanding & recent experience of Special Educational Needs
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Ability to deal with challenges within an SEN environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • A passion for the development of children with additional needs

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
