Job description

**Science Teacher required in Preston SEN School/Alternative Unit**

Are you a qualified Teacher with experience delivering Science to KS3/4 pupils?

Do you have strong behaviour management skills?

Are you experienced in working with pupils with SEMH Difficulties?

If so, Teaching Personnel work exclusively with a Preston based School which provides education and support for pupils with SEMH Difficulties and pupils who display challenging behaviours. The School is smaller than average with a close nit staffing team who are very supportive. The School provides education and support for KS3/4 pupils.

The candidate must be hard working, have experience working with pupils with SEMH Difficulties and ideally have QTS, although, candidates from an FE background will be considered. The candidate must be confident when delivering Science to KS3/4 pupils and be willing to undertake practical experiments with the class. Strong behaviour management skills are essential!

The successful candidate will benefit from:

- Negotiable pay rates £90-130 per day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
