SEN Teacher required in Chorley School!

Job description

Teaching Personnel work closely with a Chorley based School which provides education and support for KS2 - 4 pupils who have additional needs including SEMH Difficulties, Autism, Learning Difficulties and pupils who display challenging behaviours. The School are seeking a Teacher on a medium - long term basis and the role will be 5 days a week. The School is based on the outskirts of Chorley and isn't easily accessible via public transport.

The candidate suitable for this role will be a qualified Teacher with experience working with a range of pupils. You will be expected to deliver a range of lessons, however, assistance will be given with the planning and preparation for these lessons. The candidate will be hard working, passionate about working with pupils who have additional needs and willing to deliver a range of lessons. The candidate will ideally hold their Team Teach qualification and be willing to work with pupils who display challenging behaviours.

The successful candidate will benefit from:

- Negotiable pay rates £90 - 130 per day

- Long term position available

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
